If you're not happy with your Five Nine product, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unworn, unwashed and still have the tags attached. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

If you're not happy with your Five Nine product, we will pay to have the product returned (US orders only). Just Email Us with your order information and we'll take it from there.

We can exchange your product for a new size but you'll be responsible for the return shipping to us (we suggest USPS). Products must be unworn, unwashed and still have the tags attached. Once we've received the original order, we'll ship out your new size.

If you Email Us us within 1 hour of ordering, we'll do our best to get your ordered changed. Please do not call for this, we need a written confirmation of your new order.

Our turnaround time is typically 10 business days after we have received your final approval on artwork and/or your shirt quantities and sizes. However, some times are busier than others, so please just ask your customer service rep when preparing your order.
